Donald Packham – VP, former Senior VP at BP, former CHRO at FBI

Don Packham, as Senior Vice President at BP, introduced HR outsourced services to HR in a landmark agreement. As Executive Assistant Director and Chief Human Resources Officer of the FBI, he introduced this model of customer service and transaction processing to the federal government. In addition to his current role as Vice President for a system of non-profit private colleges, he is an advisor to service company start-ups and consultants and a regular participant in studies and research for the Society of Human Resources Management. Don received his BA in Management and MBA from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, TX.

Gary Budzinski - CEO, former Senior VP of Services at HP

Gary is currently the CEO of Integrity Innovation International, LLC, a private information technology consulting firm.  In his last position as Hewlett Packard’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of Technology Services he led a global organization of 40,000 professionals responsible for helping clients manage and transform their information technology to achieve business outcomes, increase client loyalty and have the best industry client service experience. Prior to HP, Gary was at Aon Consulting Human Resources Outsourcing, where he served as President.  Prior to Aon, Gary had an extensive twenty-five year career with EDS Corporation in diverse roles as a global executive.  Gary, an Eagle Scout, resides in Rochester, Michigan with his wife Karen.  Gary and Karen have five children who are all married.  

Ron Stratton - CPA with focus on Mergers and Acquisitions

Ron is a retired partner of Arthur Andersen where he was Worldwide Director of Finance & Accounting Outsourcing responsible for leadership, strategic direction, deal structuring, marketing, sales and trouble shooting for the outsourcing practice. Ron, for 30 years, has worked as an auditor, business consultant, an accounting service provider and taught accounting at the university level.

Ron comes from a scouting family. He and his three brothers are Eagle Scouts and Ron father’s was employed by the Boy Scouts for a number of years as a Scout Executive. As an adult Ron has been involved at both the unit and district level.

Keith Mueller - former Managing Director for Accenture, Angel Investor

Mr. Mueller recently retired as a managing director from Accenture after 27 years. He held numerous roles at Accenture including leading the North America Utility organization with over 500 consultants, defining the strategy and developing of Accenture’s Business Process Outsourcing industry solutions, and leading the Utilities outsourcing organization for billing, customer call centers and meter reading for over 30 million utility customers and individuals worldwide. Mr. Mueller sat on the firm’s executive committee and was also responsible for compensation and hiring for the United States with over 10,000 hires per year.

Bob Brenner – MBA, former Accenture Executive, General Manager at Wipro

Bob started his career as an accountant, followed by an MBA, and during his 13 year career at Accenture he led a number of significant SAP engagements and was a key part of the building of the global SAP practice. Post Accenture he was recruited by the Kraft family (NE Patriots) to lead the technology organization of a B2B exchange where he was eventually promoted to CEO. He became the CIO/VP of Business Integration for a supply chain / sourcing company serving Fortune 500 companies and eventually was promoted to operate the business unit. He is now General Manager of Wipro Technologies Executive responsible for all aspects of Wipro global engagement with leading brands and responsible for 500+ person global team located in Portland OR, Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Kolkata India, Laakdal Belgium, Taicang China.

Justin Spelhaug – General Manager for Microsoft Operations worldwide

A former US Marine, Justin is now the General Manager Microsoft Operations accountable for Microsoft’s product launch, release, and security global operations. Justin formerly served as the Sr. Director of Business Development & Strategy for Microsoft’s Startup Business Group where he was accountable for multiple startups across PC and mobile product lines. He currently serves on the board of multiple non-profits advising them on operations and technical strategy.

Raino Zoller – Repeat startup experience, Angel investor

Raino is currently CEO of pSiFlow Technology, a mobile testing software company founded in 2009. He has over 20 years experience working for technology companies in both technical and business capacities. Most recently, he spent 10 years with ProClarity, a business intelligence software company, until it was acquired by Microsoft in 2006. Raino began his career at Hewlett Packard where he held several engineering and engineering management positions in Boise, Idaho and Barcelona, Spain. Raino was a founding member of the Boise Angel Fund and is an active Angel investor. An Eagle Scout, Raino has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and a MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.

Richard Wolthuis – Senior Executive in Automotive Industry

After Richard’s BS in Industrial Management from Western Michigan University, he began a thirty one year career ranging from Supervisor to General Manager. He managed two plant startups (automotive components), one in the USA and one in China. Following retirement he managed the construction of a Habitat for Humanity house. He has served as a church deacon off and on for the last 35 years and his son Brad is an Eagle Scout.

Lynn D Russell - PhD (Rice University), PE

Dr. Russell worked as an engineer for NASA, TRW and Lockheed in support of the Apollo lunar landing program. Since that time he served in academic positions including Dean of Engineering at three universities, where he managed multi-million-dollar annual budgets. He recently helped to initiate a non-profit organization (chartered in Idaho as Nightlight, Inc) to help women and children in Thailand. He has served for more than ten years as a member of the board of directors of The Momentum Group, Inc, a non-profit organization that currently provides training and support for refugees who come to the USA from other countries. He founded two Idaho companies and currently serves as President and CEO of LongView Global Enterprises, Inc.

Tom Mahoney, Wharton MBA

Tom is a retired Air Force colonel who flew fighter aircraft and served as a financial manager at the Pentagon. He currently is an active angel investor in start-up companies and sits on the board of two local Boise, Idaho non-profits.

 

Alison Warner, CPA

Alison has serviced clients in the financial service and non-profit industries through her work in both public accounting and in the private sector. She gained valued exposure working on a non-profit foundation, with assets in excess of $40m.  She was a founding member of Easy Office, where she gained experience working with a variety of non-profits in the areas of sales, consulting, client management, and accounting. She currently works as a consultant, and continues to service Easy Office clients. Alison is a certified public accountant, and holds an accounting degree from Lehigh University.
