The people behind Easy Office

Jeff Russell - CEO

Jeff has over a decade of consulting, client management and back-office experience. He served as the Executive Director for an international development non-profit, The Momentum Group.  He last designed and implemented a back-office shared service center that handled over $250M worth of transactions each year.

As an industrial engineer, Jeff is passionate about helping non-profits become more effective and efficient.

Jeff is a Georgia Tech Industrial Engineer and holds an MBA from Yale University.


Alison Warner, CPA - VP, Financial Services

Alison has serviced clients in the financial service and non-profit industries through her work in both public accounting and in the private sector. She has gained valued exposure working on a non-profit foundation, with assets in excess of $40m.

Alison has found a home at Easy Office to combine her passions for financial accountability, client services and the individual missions of non-profit organizations.

Alison is a certified public accountant, and holds an accounting degree from Lehigh University.


Amy Karson - VP, Client Management

Amy has extensive client management, financial planning and reporting experience through her work with IBM, UBS and numerous non-profit organizations throughout the metro-New York area. Within all of these roles, she was responsible for providing regular financial analyses to senior management. An active member in her local non-profit community, she is a volunteer with the Make a Wish Foundation.

Amy is passionate about ensuring the financial stability and viability of Non-Profits

Amy holds a Finance degree from Penn State and has an MBA from Yale University, where she focused on Non-Profit Management.


Susan Lentini, Client Manager

Susan comes to Easy Office with both extensive client management experience and senior accounting skills, gained through her work in consumer product advertising, commercial arts, and non-profit consulting services with Changing Our World, Inc.

Her passion for the missions of several New York City non-profits leads Susan to donate her time on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Her work with Easy Office brings her skills and passions together in a meaningful way.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Drew Nienstedt, Operations Manager

Drew brings 10 years of corporate project management and experience to Easy Office from a multitude of disciplines ranging from industrial production, environmental testing, pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, to low impact remodeling and construction.  This has given him a unique and broad approach to company operations and management.

Drew is dedicated to supporting local and national non-profit environmental organizations and is an active volunteer in Idaho conservation groups.

Drew holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Washington.
