Bookkeeping

For our general, monthly bookkeeping services, you can choose how you want to be billed with our Banded Package Pricing Plan. Calculate your costs here.

  • Most of our pricing is based on $40 / hour.  The rates range from $28 / hour to $50 / hour depending on volume.
  • Banded Package Pricing Plans - For an affordable flat-charge per month, you can choose our Banded Package Plan.  Based on your non-profit's specific needs, we help you predict an affordable "band" of hours that will cover general monthly bookkeeping transactions.  The "band" keeps your budget predictable and stable for the minor month to month fluctuations.  Also, during slow months you can accumulate "rollover" hours to be used during a busier time of year.  Use our on-line calculator to predict which band is right for you and your specific needs.  Calculate your costs here.

* In either case, Easy Office pays any FedEx, fax, or USPS charges. Easy Office also covers your monthly QuickBooks On-line fee.

SalesForce Donor Management Link-It Package - $500 to $2,000+

Available to complement our bookkeeping services and designed specifically for organizations who use QuickBooks Online. Price varies based on # of donors and complexity.

Long-Term Planning Package
